| With the development of the city, fossil fuel consumption, air quality is getting worse, more and more high frequency range of fog and haze in the country, resulting in adverse effects on human normal life and health. In the haze of PM2.5 is one of the main causes of great harm to human health. Therefore,to detect the content of PM2.5 in the air,the analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics, effective data further to make reasonable predictions for the future of PM2.5 concentration based on PM2.5,and to explore the degree of exposure to different age groups, impact on health risk to people of all ages.First of all,on the basis of the four districts of the city of Dalian as the study area,a detailed analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution of PM2.5 from the aspects of annual and seasonal, monthly, single point monitoring, explore the effect of PM2.5 distribution on the living environment;secondly, the crowd in the age of children, adults and the elderly three target groups,PM2.5 of different age crowd exposure factors and influence degree of difference in the degree of exposure, explore the different age groups, and analyze the cognition and behavior of PM2.5 in different age groups;thirdly, the incidence of related diseases of the elderly and mortality rate and hospitalization rate caused by PM2.5 analysis, combined with the elderly population related PM2.5 exposure explore the effect of PM2.5 exposure, degree of risk to health of the elderly population. The main conclusions are as follows:In the three years,PM2.5 average daily minimum value remained stable,PM2.5 daily maximum value was on the rise,PM2.5 average daily concentration range expanded year by year, the average concentration of PM2.5 showed a slow upward trend.PM2.5 annual total concentration was varied as 3-275μg/m3 of,and concentration levels showed seasonal variation, winter was significantly increased;spatial distribution of northern region is higher than that of the southern region,Ganjingzi monitoring concentrations highest Ling water and Fujiazhuang monitoring point minimum;time distribution 1 month overall concentrations of most low,October overall concentrations were highest in July the area between the concentration of difference.Only from the point of view of PM2.5 concentration,in the low value zone of residential district is more suitable for living,in the transition zone of the residential area after the low value area, and the high value area is more suitable habitat.Through individual exposure calculation,it can be known that the PM2.5 exposure of the elderly population is higher, and the PM2.5 exposure degree of each age group is significantly different.PM2.5 individual exposure factors and AQI,the distance from the main road, the residential floors, the adult is also related to individual commuting and individual work intensity. There were significant differences in the awareness and behavior of health risk of PM2.5 exposure among different age groups. The impact of PM2.5 exposure on the living environment was negatively correlated, the greater the degree of PM2.5 exposure, the lower the quality of the living environment. There was a significant lag correlation between PM2.5 exposure and respiratory disease and cardiovascular disease.Daily hospitalized elderly patients with respiratory system diseases and cardiovascular diseases, the number of patients with PM2.5 exposure were positively correlated, with average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature showed a weak positive correlation, and minimum temperature which have the largest correlation;at the same air pressure, relative humidity, wind speed and the visibility showed negative correlation. |
