In recent years, mountain torrents disasters is more serious in our country, China has become one of the country whose flash floods disaster is most serious in the world. There is great harm just becouse of mountain Disasters. The death toll due to flash floods disasters accounting for more than half of death toll that is due to floods, so flash floods disaster management is imminent. In order to prevent and control the mountain flood, the most effective measure is timely warning and forecast, so the key is to obtain accurate early warning indicators.There are alot of mountains and rivers in Fuliang County; Fuliang County is one of the key counties where mountain torrents disaster need be control in Jiangxi Province. Based on field surveys and data analysis, rationally analyzing of natural geography, terrain features, soil profiles vegetation and of hydrometeorological, river systems and so on, and scientific studiing historical flash flood situation in Fuliang County. Selecting Fengxing River as the typical small watershed, calculating the critical rainfall, then analyzing the warning programs and measures of flash floods, and finally the above method is extended to the entire Fuliang County.Specific research ideas of typical watershed as follows: First, analyzing critical rainfall,evaluating various calculation method of the critical rainfall; Second,analyzing Existing data of Fengxing river basin, choosing the suitable method;Third, improving water Flows method to calculate the critical rainfall; Fourth,on the basis of the critical rainfall, exploring warning indicators and divided the danger zone; Finally, taking warning programs and measures. |
