In order to avoid or to decrease such a accident Chinese government pushed out the concept of safety standardization on 2002, raised the management system establishment in larger scale on 2010. After past 5 years’ efforts China has set up a more integrated management system of safety standardization and has formed a set of the management established model and Judge Mechanism.As the deepen of the safety standardization establishment, different kinds of questions will follow. How to resolve them is related to the qualities, effects and existence of the enterprise safety standardization management system.
