In the province of JiangXi, the flood disease often happened in the small watershed of coteau with the worse flood diversion and Slope steep. Because of running fast destructive and prevention and treatment of difficult, flood control and disaster reduction the flood disease has Weak link in the flood control and disaster reduction. Contrasting others research, We are In the face of difficulties that the research is behindhand and the lack of data, but the cause of the flood disaster is complex, it is urgent to help of the Science and technology.It is meaningful to commence the research of the flood disaster, I will expound my viewpoint following Several aspects?Considering the degree of risk zoning of mountain torrent disaster in JiangXi province. With rainfall factor, topographical factor and population density being the index of mountain torrent disaster risk evaluation, applying the technology of GIS and the method of hierarchical analysis to establish mountain torrent disaster risk evaluation model of JiangXi province. Exploring the mountain torrent disasters and the spatial correlation between hazard -formative factors to reveal the mountain flood disasters of JiangXi province, and analyzesing its regional characteristics.Discussing simulation of the storm-flood process of typical watershed Collecting basin history hydrological information the of the relevant rive, and buliding hydrological model of the GARDXAJ, using the observed data and SCEM UA optimization algorithm to carry out calibration and test of the model parameters. It shows that the GARDXAJ model has better effect to reflect the watershed flood processing, providing strong technical support to the forecas analysist of the mountain torrent disaster hydrological models.The critical rainfall analysis. Using rational formula and instantaneous unit hydrograph method to four typical basin in different critical of the JiangXi provincen buliding rainfall analysis model, and carrying out the inverse operation of the basin hydrological rainstorm data and flood simulation, through repeated trial,getting critical rainfall early warning indicators. The analysis of the critical rainfall is the basis of mountain flood prevention and control measures of JiangXi province.Considering prevention and countermeasure of mountain torrent disasters of JiangXi province. Under the central idea of "prevention", this article gives priority to non-engineering construction, and engineering construction is in the control of the auxiliary. Scientific and reasonable system of mountain torrent disaster prevention greatly peels disaster losses, ensure the disaster area people's life and property safety.
