Middle China,including Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Anhui,Jiangxi,Shanxi six neighboring provinces in the central region a total area of 102.69 square kilometers,accounting for 10.7%of the country’s land area,carrying 28.1%of the population,to create the country nearly 20%of GDP,it is the country’s most populous region,the economic hinterland and industrial market,plays an important role in the increase,positioning region of the body function more clear,"three bases,a hub" status more consolidated,urban and rural area more coordinated,more harmony between man and nature,institutional mechanisms more perfect synchronization of urban and rural residents’ income and economic growth,urbanization rate and strive to reach the national average,the main basic public services targets close to the level of the eastern region,efforts to achieve full rise,to play a greater role in supporting the national development.Under this background then,the status quo by studying the environmental carrying capacity of the central six provinces,the central provinces in line with their own policy recommendations put forward has important practical significance.This paper focuses on the concept of carrying capacity of resources and environment,means that under certain conditions,at a certain time,a certain level of social and economic development,resources and environment conditions within a modest effect on the bearing capacity of Anhui is;Hunan has experienced pollution first,then moving toward road governance.Valuable advice for the six central provinces to improve the environmental carrying capacity of resources based on the findings and better construction of six central provinces.
