| Ofloxacin is wildly used in treated human and poultry disease because of its high efficiency and low price. Large amount of untreated excrement caused a great deal of damage to the environment, especially soil pollution. The migration of ofloxacin in soil is combined with a series of complex physical, chemical and biological process.Getting understand the degree of the pollution and anti-fouling processing make the study of ofloxacin migration rules significant valued. This paper is based on the State Key Laboratory of Geohazard Prevention and Geoenvironment Protection team project: The Experimental Study on Solute Migration in Unsaturated Soil(No. SKLGP2011Z001). Based on the previous theory of ofloxacin migration in the aerated zone soil and plenty of experimental research results, the migration rules in different soil column are analyzed. Through the soil column experiment, with two different profile manner, combined numerical simulation, the migration process rules of ofloxacin in soil column and soli column with antifouling layer is fully studied. This paper has discussed the following areas:the adsorption characteristics of ofloxacin in soil; established a model about the migration of water and ofloxacin, solved the model by using Hydrus software; studied the infiltration characteristics of constant flow rate under rainfall condition;discussed the distribution of ofloxacin in soil; discussed the antifouling layer’s barrier effects of ofloxacin. The main research results are as follows:1)The adsorption rate of ofloxacin in soil decreases when the initial concentration increased. This phenomenon shows that migration is not the only factors determining the adsorption process. Linear Model are more suitable for the adsorption Thermodynamics of adsorption behaviors.2)Under constant flow rate under rainfall condition, the curve of cumulative infiltration volume is a linear with the slope of rainfall intensity because the soil’s infiltration capacity is greater than the rainfall intensity in upper layer. The infiltration rate is a fixed at 0.00215cm/min.3)Uniform sand column wetting front advance distance show some non-linear relationship vary with time. Water content change characteristics can be roughlydivided into 3 stages, named the initial stabilization phase, lineal growing phase and slight decrease phase.4)In soli column with antifouling layer, water content change characteristics is the same feature with the Uniform sand in different profiles while the speed of wetting front advance are slowed down. Layered interface has a certain of infiltration reduction effect.5)Under constant flow rate under rainfall condition, the ofloxacin concentration change can be roughly divided into 3 stages, named the initial stabilization phase, growing phase and decrease phase, which is broadly consistent with the water content. As time passed by, the ofloxacin concentration in upper layer soil comes to the background value gradually. This phenomenon shows that the ofloxacin has a strong mobility.6)Montmorillonite is a strong adsorption, weak permeable clay.it is suitable for ofloxacin antifouling layer of contaminated soil.7)Using Hydrus software to solve geological model of sandy soil configuration.Application trends measured moisture simulation results is very similar to the experimental results. While the Simulation Results of ofloxacin has a similar place with the real results. |
