Research And Development Of The Riser Removal Machine For The Aluminum Alloy Casting

With the development of the aviation,spaceflight,automobile,shipbuilding and machinery manufacturing industries,the need of Aluminum alloy die castings has been growing rapidly.But the serious dust pollution,high labor intensity and low productivity in the in the present situation of the casting cleaning process have seriously hindered the development of casting production.Advanced casting Riser removal processing equipment plays a crucial role in the overall improvement of casting production level.Therefore,in this paper,Aluminum Alloy die casting machine was developed for the removal of riser.Firstly,The scheme design is carried out.Then it ensures a method of processing,finding out the locating datum and clamping style,as well as designing a machine tool general layout.Through the comparison and analysis of the transmission mode and control mode,transmission scheme and the control scheme of the machine is developed.Sceondly,the structure of the machine is designed and part of the structures is checked;Based on the general layout,the paper uses the Solidworks to design the special clamp machine specific,sliding door system,and the workbench,and fits them.In order to test the rationality of structure design,the paper uses element method to analyze the key parts' static stiffness.Moreover,designing a circuit of pneumatic system by analyzing the working condition of pneumatic actuators and requirements of pneumatic system requirements.Meanwhile,this paper selects the actuators,control components and auxiliary components.The last but not the least,this paper designs the PLC control system,By analyzing the machine control tasks,control requirements and the type of control,we determine the input and output devices,and finished the assignment selection of PLC,distribution of I/O address,and the design of the main circuit diagrams,PLC wiring diagrams as well as the user program.,at the same time,the user program is compiled by using programming software and has carried on the simulation to program and debug,to reach the control requirements.Finally it successfully develops a poured riser automatically remove machine.This device effectively reduces the dust pollution by using special processing methods.This machine automatically locates the positioning of the parts,clamping and cutting except loading and unloading.Therefore,this Machine tool has a perfect safety protection function and high machining efficiency.Since the removal machine used in a factory of Chongqing,it works in good condition and high production efficiency,also crearts good benefits for the enterprise.
