Firstly,select the Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit and Codariocalyx motorius Ohashi as a repair plant grass,open air pot method to study Cu,Zn single and complex pollution on soil catalase,urease and affect sucrase.The results show that Cu,Zn single and combined pollution conditions,the degree of inhibition of enzyme activity two plants were urease,sucrase and catalase,which urease enzyme inhibition rate maximum sensitivity of the strongest,so you can use as a soil urease enzyme Cu,Zn monitoring indicators of pollution.In contrast Cu,Zn single and combined pollution Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit group and Codariocalyx motorius Ohashi grass group activities of three enzymes,Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit soil catalase,urease and invertase activity improving effect is greater than the grass Codariocalyx motorius Ohashi shows Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit of Cu,Zn pollution is strong tolerance and adaptability,can to some extent reduce Cu,Zn soil pollution caused by heavy metals,the repair soil Cu,Zn pollution potential.Cu,Zn combined pollution under conditions of concentration was Cu100 + Zn200,the three enzymes Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit and Codariocalyx motorius Ohashi grass showed weak antagonism extent,other groups showed a synergistic effect.At the same time,Cu,Zn soil enzyme activity inhibitory effect of Cu> Zn.Secondly,select Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit as repair plant,different concentrations of Cu,plant height and root length,Biomass,when Zn treatment on Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit,chlorophyll and plant various parts of the heavy metal content.The results showed that the plant height,root length,biomass and chlorophyll content under different concentrations of Cu handling of Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit have certain inhibition;low concentration of Zn(concentration less than 200 mg · kg-1)of geraniol plant height,root length and biomass geranium has a certain role,and can promote the synthesis of chlorophyll,a high concentration of Zn(concentrations greater than 500 mg · kg-1)of Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit plant height,root length,biomass and chlorophyll content has a certain extent,in addition to Cu,and Zn is greater than the stem of Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit on roots,comparison of the two heavy metals,toxic effects of Zn on Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit less than the toxic effects of Cu on Pelargonium.Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit transport coefficients of Zn and enrichment coefficient slightly higher than Cu,but for Cu,Zn transfer coefficient and the enrichment factor of two heavy metal are not high,and therefore can not serve as Pelargonium graveolens L’Herit Cu,Zn Hyperaccumulators.Then,use a pot experiment in soil heavy metals Cu,Zn time-varying form of distribution.The results showed that different concentrations of Cu,Zn into the soil after the main residual fraction present in the soil in which different concentrations of Cu were distributed into the soil morphology residual> organic fraction> Fe and Mn oxide fraction> carbonate fraction > exchangeable,different concentrations of Zn are distributed into the soil morphology residual> Fe and Mn oxidation state> organic fraction> carbonate> exchangeable.As time increases,the presence of different concentrations of Cu in soil morphology 20 d after dynamic equilibrium,and when Zn200 Zn1000 soil Zn in various forms of dynamic equilibrium is reached in the 20 d,but not a long time when processing Zn2000 dynamic equilibrium.Explain the presence of high concentrations of Zn in the soil forms take longer to achieve homeostasis.
