Development Of Measurement System For Runout Of Disk Type Parts

The disk parts in the mechanical field is widely used,mainly including bearing,sleeve,cover,etc.The shape error of the influence on the quality of mechanical products greatly,sometimes even become the key factors affecting the quality of the products.However,most of enterprises in our country for disc type parts,especially bearing,beating measurement error is used is "V" shape of wrought iron meter method,this method of measurement is easy to cause visual reading error,if the detection of large quantity,a person easily fatigue,efficiency is low;and the method is not easy to achieve for statistical analysis of the error of parts,not effective implementation of quality control.Aiming at the present situation,this paper aims to design a kind of system which can realize automatic data collection and automatic analysis.The system can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of detection,and the error value for statistical analysis,draw the control chart,on the production of the production line to make scientific pre judgment,so as to effectively prevent parts of error value is beyond the scope of this tolerance.The main research work includes the analysis of the existing disk part of the beating error detection principle and technology,to explore the method of improving the measurement system of disc parts beating,the application of SPC in the measurement of the disc parts beating.In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional measuring methods,the grating displacement sensor to measure the runout error scheme,while using the microcontroller as the main control data processing chip,four frequency chip and reversible counter output signal of the grating displacement sensor for shaping and processing,to ensure the accuracy of measurement;in the machinery,the new design to replace the traditional measuring frame the "V" shaped iron,improve the measurement efficiency from the method;in the aspect of software,the application of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool,using C# as the development language,SQL Server 2008 as the background database,the design of the disc type parts production line runout error statistical analysis system.
