The reaction kettle is indispensable reaction containers in the production of pharmaceutical companies, good temperature control of the reactor is a very concerned problem for pharmaceutical companies. The reaction temperature is related to the quality of drug products,then affect the development of the fate of the enterprise, and sometimes even affect the health and safety of the patient's life. Therefore, it is very important to design a system with good temperature control. Because of the material, the volume and the "heat release" phenomenon in the production process, the temperature control has the features of complex large scale time delay,and designating or involving an equation whose terms are not of the first degree, and it is more difficult to obtain accurate mathematical model. Although PID has the strengths of control theory, great stability, high reliable, light adjustment of parameters, etc. but it is difficult to achieve good control effect for the time zone of the temperature change in the reactor. Fuzzy control is a kind of language control which is controlled by the rich experience. It is not required to set up the exact mathematical model of the controlled object in the design of the control system.This paper analyses the difficulties of the pharmaceutical reactor temperature shift and the characteristics of temperature control, summed up the reactor temperature control accuracy, based on selection of PID and fuzzy control joint control of the control strategy, the variance of the temperature in the reactor is less than equal to absolute value 1 DEG C when using PID control,when the variance of the reactor temperature greater than absolute value 1 DEG C by fuzzy control and PID strategy, complete the reactor temperature control system design. A more comprehensive analysis and lists the theoretical study of algorithms, designed fuzzy controller and PID Combined Control Strategy. Secondly, completed the system power supply circuit design.Finally, with the German SIEMENS company configuration software WinCC and the STEP7 programming software, configuration system monitoring interface and write related program,combined with advanced algorithm to complete smart temperature control system.
