| In-situ leach mining is also used in Ion type rare earth mining, but related theoretical research is almost in blank. In the actual mining process, most injection liquid well pattern and injection rate are depending on experience,It causes the leaching recovery of resources which has large uncertainty. The main reason is that lack the study of the infiltration area rule and influencing factors of exchange liquid infiltration in rare earth ore body when single well injecting, especially lacking of the study of the infiltration process and the mechanism research of unsaturated and unsteady in the ore body of exchange liquid. In order to response this situation, external factors(infiltration water)and internal factors(particle size composition)are chosen to analyze infiltration characteristics.First, this paper introduces the concept of unsaturated soil and infiltration theory, and expounds on the basic assumptions and conditions of use Green-Ampt model,Horton model,Philip model,Kostiakov model. Then introduce the problems of classical model, because of the existence of the problem, and then it focuses on the establishment of the model of the Layered model of assumption of infiltration. Finally, the applicability of the model is verified by experimental results. This paper discusses the effects of wet peak transport velocity 、 saturated infiltration coefficient and the matrix suction under the two factors of rare-earth particle size and concentration of the exchange liquid;According to the results of laboratory tests, the linear relationship between the reciprocal of wetting front and infiltration rate is verified;Building a assume infiltration model, and the result is used to analysis the relationship between infiltration time and wet peak transport velocity. The results show that the particle size and the concentration of the exchange liquid have obvious effects on the infiltration law. |
