Fiber reinforced composites have been widely used in automobile parts manufacturing and lightweight design.The fiber enhanced resin matrix composite plate spring as the research object,based on composite fine view of Mori Tanaka theory of mechanics and explicit progressive failure analysis model,subject to create the proposed considering composite meso damage strength prediction method,the ultimate load of composite material plate spring forecast.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1)using the Mori-Tanaka method of composite micro mechanics,combining the theory of homogenization,using Digimat software to establish the coupled constitutive model of composite material and macro mechanical response.Based on the macroscopic test curve of ER468/epoxy plate,the elastic constants and the constitutive model of the matrix were modified by using the inverse regression iteration,and the accuracy of the analysis of the constitutive model of ER468/ epoxy composite material was improved.2 the stiffness of a composite plate spring is predicted by using the macro mechanical analysis method and the micro mechanical analysis method,and the static stiffness test of the composite plate spring is carried out.The results show that the prediction results of micro mechanical stiffness are more close to the experimental value,and the results are more accurate.3)based on modified ER468/ epoxy resin board material constitutive model and ABAQUS-Digimat coupling computing platform,defining the components material failure criteria,longitudinal tension of single axial composite plate for progressive failure analysis,through failure of conversion factor out the stiffness attenuation degree,on single axial composite plate longitudinal strength forecast.The forecast values compared with the experimental values,the error is less than 1.6%.4)by compression molding process for preparing the composite plate spring samples,the composite plate samples with spring of limit load performance testing,composite plate spring actual limit load.The limitload of the composite plate spring is forecasted based on the method of the meso damage strength prediction.The results show that the limit load and the limit load forecasting error are 5.1%,which shows the rationality of the prediction method of micro damage strength.
