The future a period for the import of petroleum coke in the Middle East will also increased, and along with the progress of the refining process, the quality of petroleum coke is also declining, so pre-baked anode industry in China is facing a petroleum coke quality declining situation will be irreversible.Trace elements in petroleum coke were analyzed the harm of anode products, system of all kinds of trace elements in petroleum coke were studied such as sodium, vanadium, nickel, calcium, iron, associated with the quality of pre-baked anode, by optimizing the control of the content of trace elements, can effectively improve the quality of petroleum coke raw material, reduce the pre-baked anode air reactivity and the CO2 reactivity, thereby for the pre-baked anode with high quality products to lay a good foundation.Studied by petroleum coke blending technology to four different volatile content, sulfur content and trace element content of petroleum coke pre-baked anode products made by different proportion indexes reach or exceed the quality of pre-baked anode YS/T 285-2012 industry standards, and the blending ratio of A:B:C:D= 2:3:4:1 of pre-baked anode was the finest quality ingredients, such as resistivity by before blending,60.5??m (the average of the four samples, similarly hereinafter) fell to 54??m, air infiltration rate NPM NPM fell from 2.85 to 2.85, the CO2 residual rate from 81.5% to 81.5%, the reaction residue air rate from 75.7% to 75.7%, the compressive strength from 32.75 Mpa to 42.2 Mpa, the main technical indicators for the domestic and international advanced level.
