Clausenamide class of natural products have good biological activities. Studies have found that this kind of natural products of great value in medical research. Therefore provide a novel and efficient synthetic strategies is of great significance.Based on the research work on the basis of our laboratory, we expect to give a new, efficient and practical synthesis of wampee amide class path synthesis of natural products.As a molecular inner ring build yellow skin reaction of amide series important synthetic precursors of natural products. Enamide structural unit exists in a variety of natural products with diverse bioactivities,Furthermore, enamide is probably a key subunit related to the biological activity of natural products. In view of the limitations of the existing method for the construction of enamide moiety, we plan to develop a novel, highly efficient and practical method for enamide through further and systematic investigation on the perfluoroalkanosulfonyl fluoride-induced Beckmann rearrangement of ?, ?-unsaturated ketoximes.We are given a precursor for the synthesis of the key(2S,3R)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-N-(E)-styrene based epoxy ethane-2-simple and highly effective synthetic route of formamide.We improved the use of traditional Meth-Cohn reaction synthesis method,Through the optimization of related conditions, this paper puts forward using moderate hydrogen peroxide/alkali system to implement the key of synthesis of precursor. Operation is simple rapid reaction, simple post-processing pollution-free, and has wide industrial application prospect.We in details for the synthetic route of investigation, the satisfaction obtained the expected results, for the rich yellow leather amide class the synthesis of natural products provides a feasible method is proposed.Fluorocarbon surfactant with good physical and chemical stability, excellent surface activity and chemical activity, are widely used in life and in industrial and chemical production.Perfluorinated alkyl sulfonate surfactant quaternary ammonium salt class because of their excellent performance since has a important research significance.We in the use of sulfonyl fluoride reagent response of some related studies, we accidentally got a new type of perfluorinated alkyl sulfonate quaternary ammonium salt products.Using perfluorinated alkyl sulfonyl fluoride reagent and the substrate and organic alkali in moderate conditions for synthesis of the structure of the corresponding product next, using this method is low cost, simple operation steps, greatly enriched the perfluorinated alkyl sulfonate synthesis methods of quaternary ammonium salt.
