The technology, microwave assisted with modified activated carbon, has some advantages such as high efficiency of treatment, the fast speed of reaction and etc..In order to use the technology in the engineering as soon as possible, firstly, this paper optimized preparation of the modified activated carbon;secondly,it is to verify its effect through that the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater treated by microwave collaborated with the optimization modified activated carbon;thirdly, how the technology to degradate the organic and what was generated by it were in-depth analysis;finally,we found the best way to handle and analyze the existing problem through the simulated and actual printing and dyeing wastewater treated by microwave continuous flow reactor?MCR?.The results were shown as follows:?1?the best conditions for preparation of modified activated carbon were that the activated carbon was ultrasonic impranated in 5% manganese sulfate solution and calcination for 3h firstly, and the better conditions for the second loading was that impregnating concentration,3% copper nitrate solution;calcination temperature,300 ?;roasting time,3h.?2?The optimum conditions about the treatment of 100 ml simulated printing and dyeing wastewater?initial concentration was 0.1g/L?was as follows: the dosage of Mn-Cu-GAC,30g/L;microwave irradiation time,2min;microwave power,595 W.The results showed that color removal rate could reach at99%,corresponding to 90.12% of total organic carbon?TOC?,30.04% of total nitrogen?TN?,37% of total phosphorus?TP?.?3?Hydroxyl radicals did not generate by the process of the simulated wastewater treated by microwave assisted with modified activated carbon. The decomposition products might be 2-phenyl-1,4-succinic acid, phenethyl ester of formic acid, cumene and etc..?4?The best conditions for treating the printingand dyeing wastewater by the microwave continuous flow reactor were shown as follows: catalyst loading pattern,a layer of activated carbon with a layer of Cu-?-Al2O3;peristaltic pump rotating speed,80 RPM;microwave power,2000W;pH value,8.02.
