| Jiangxi mainly belongs to aroma tobacco producing areas, which is an ideal low-tar development area, the tobacco there gets a powerful aroma, a lower-tar content, it fulfills the requirement of the cigarette industry for high aroma tobacco material. With the deepening of the study, the relationship between tobacco tar content and tar precursors,nutrient logistics, quality control of the individual and the population gradually become clear, key technologies of the low tar agriculture’s initial screening, laying a good develop technology base for development of low-tar Jiangxi province.To clarify the regional distribution of Jiangxi low tar delivery tobacco, against the main factors for the ecology, species, cultivation modulation and other effects of tar delivery, we carried out relevant research, and the results are as follows:1. by comparative analysis of the three grades six conventional chemical indicators and tar delivery, middle orange3(C3F) tobacco exhibit reducing sugar content and tar content showed a negative correlation, which means when sugar content is high,tar content will be lower; nicotine and tar content appear significant positive correlation, which means when nicotine content is high, tar content will be larger; K ion exhibits negative correlation,that is, high tar content K ion content is low. While the relationship between upper orange2(B2F) tobacco, lower orange2(X2F) tobacco’s tar content and conventional chemical composition is more complicated, no significant correlation indicators.Ganzhou X2 F, B2 F, Ji’an and Yichun C3 F tobacco’s potassium content are the highest, but Ganzhou tobacco’s chlorine content is generally higher, Yichun tobacco’s chlorine content is the lowest.while with moderate potassium content, ratio of potassium to chlorine affects its flammability to a certain extent, the higher ratio of potassium to chlorine may promote to reduce the tar content.2. Through a comprehensive analysis of three varieties from Lichuan and Xingguo test points which are Yunyan87, K326, NC297, species Yunyan87 and NC297 turn out to be more in line with the development of low- tar content tobacco than the local cultivars K326Specific performance are as follows: In the performance of experimental points,Yunyan87 are better than K326 in agronomic traits and chemical composition of the coordination of economic and other aspects in Lichuan point. In Xingguo point, NC297 performed better than K326 in agronomic traits and disease resistance, slightly inferior than K326 in economic traits, leaf maturity in NC297 is better than K326, while the flammability is in contrast. NC297 has lower tar content, NC297 is also better than K326 from the perspective of the development of low-tar tobacco varieties screening.3. From the economic point of view, the optimal nutrient regulation solution for Lichuan test point is N = 10.60 kg / 666.67m2, K = 31.03 kg / 666.67m2, Mg = 5.09 kg /666.67m2, S = 4.75 kg / 666.67m2, and according to basis of preliminary studies, the aspect ratio of tobacco leaf is closely related to tar content, based on the aspect ratioof tobacco leaf changes, the optimal nutrient regulation solution is N = 8.12 kg / 666.67m2, K = 26.40 kg / 666.67m2, Mg = 5.12 kg / 666.67 m2, S = 4.75 kg / 666.67m2; value optimal 666.67m2 regulatory solution for Xingguo test point is N = 11.41 kg / 666.67m2, K = 20.04 kg /666.67m2, Mg = 5.14 kg / 666.67m2, S = 4.75 kg /666.67m2, based on the aspect ratio of tobacco leaf changes, the optimal nutrient regulation solution is N = 9.57 kg / 666.67m2, K= 23.49 kg / 666.67m2, Mg = 5.31 kg / 666.67m2, S = 4.75 kg / 666.67m2. Each nutrient’s influence on the economy N represents the greatest infect, and the infect decreasing followed by K, again is Mg, and finally S; effects on the morphological development is K>N> Mg> S.According to the nutrient regulation test results of Lichuan and Xingguo points, from a comprehensive analysis of the growing incidence index, yield and quality and other factors, T8 treatment(nitrogen, potassium, magnesium and sulfur fertilizer were: 11.5, 31.5,5.17, 3 kg / 666.67m2) performs best, while T3, T4 are worst. Specific performance is that compared with other treatments,T8 has the lowest disease index, the higher the yield and quality, and low tar delivery, but T3, T4 both has higher disease index, lower yield and quality, and higher tar content. |
