Sewage treatment plant is high energy consumption industry.Under the background of the government promotes green development,energy conservation and emissions reduction,it has the very vital significance that saving energy and reducing consumption of sewage treatment plant.However,if we want to realize saving energy and reducing consumption of sewage treatment plant,the first job is evaluating and analyzing the energy consumption of sewage plant.This paper regards sewage treatment plant based on cyclic activated sludge system(CASS)process as the research object.It expounded the traditional energy consumption evaluation model and its shortcomings and improved the model.It put forward a set of energy consumption analysis and evaluation model for sewage treatment plant based on CASS process.When selecting evaluation indexes,it considered not only the running stage,construction stage and dismantled stage of sewage plant,but also the two main indexes of water quality change—removal amount of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen.Combined with a large number of data statistics,we put forward a set of energy consumption rating criteria for CASS sewage treatment plant.This improved method combined analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and standard deviation method to calculate weight assignment.For fuzzy arithmetic,it abandoned the original calculation model in big or small,and used a more reasonable multiplying and summing model to calculate the weight.In addition,based on the thought of weighted average,it put forward a comprehensive evaluation principle that comprehensive evaluation results are multiplied by their energy consumption grades,then averaging the sum as a result.Finally,the new energy consumption analysis and evaluation model was applied to the Nanchong CASS sewage plant.We obtained the following conclusions:(1)The energy consumption level of Nanchong sewage treatment plant which based on CASS process is the third grade.It belongs the middle level and has a larger improvement of space.(2)Through comparing the combination weighting method with AHP and SDM,we obtained that weight values which got from the combination weighting method conform to the actual more.Considering the results obtained by combination weights and indexes evaluation,it is concluded that the main energy consumption indexes are electricity consumption of lift pump,air blower,dryer and ultraviolet light.The conclusion is consistent with most sewage treatment plant energy consumption situation.(3)Based on the analysis of the selected indexes,we can come to the conclusion that the key of future work saving energy and reducing consumption for Nanchong CASS sewage treatment plant the sewage plant is reducing the electricity consumption of lift pump,air blower,and ultraviolet light.
