As a new nondestructive testing method, acoustic emission inspection technology has been widely recognized and widely used in the field of metal processing.The acoustic emission signal generated by the grinding machine is analyzed,which can be used to monitor the real time monitoring of the grinding machine. Because of the complicated process, the acoustic emission signal acquisition and feature extraction is very difficult. This paper develops a grinding machine for acoustic emission and anti impact device. The device uses a dual core system of DSP, DSP+ARM is responsible for the processing and feature extraction of acoustic emission signal acquisition, ARM terminal uses Linux QT operating system as the whole device running platform, ensuring the operation of the whole device, which is transmitted through HPI protocol. The main research contents of this paper include:1. Through the study of bearing grinder anti air, anti collision function principle, determine the using acoustic emission nondestructive testing technology and methods as the theoretical basis of the device, and according to the requirements of real-time monitoring determine device function composition and technical requirements;2. According to the requirements of the real-time monitoring of the technical indicators determined by the basic structure of the dinuclear system, completed the selection of core dual core processor and the overall framework of the hardware circuit design, a detailed description of the acoustic emission signal pre processing module, DSP data processing module, ARM core man-machine exchange interaction module, power supply module, a communication module hardware design process;.3. Around the dual core processor, the corresponding modules of the software design. High-speed digital processing chip DSP general software design and development environment and DSP internal acoustic emission signal processing, telecommunications, data storage module program definition and call the situation are introduced, and the software flow of each module are described in detail. The design of parameters in the man-machine interface of ARM and the realization of the real time monitoring interface are introduced;4. The wavelet analysis methods in-depth study and determine the acoustic emission signal wavelet analysis through the signal simulation and compared with the results of wavelet function and decomposition levels, the high frequency part of the D1 as the final data analysis method of the signal and the use of Matlab software on the method to carry on the analysis, methods to verify the validity. Were collision simulation and normal grinding process of Matlab software analysis, each functional device to set threshold value, calculated by the front-end device response time theory value within 5ms. Finally, on the device of bearing grinder machining field experimental verification to determine the device has a good practical performance, has basically meet the technical requirements.The production cost of the device for one-half of the similar domestic products,one tenth of the similar foreign products, and to quickly matched and the majority of domestic CNC grinding machine is made, high degree of automation, has installed a large number of configuration of the advantages, for the domestic small and medium-sized grinder processing enterprises in the industrial upgrade provides a new way of thinking.
