High strength sheet metal stamping is an extremely complicated physical process, in sheet metal forming, high strength steel is prone to rupture, wrinkling and the dimension and shape precision bad tendencies than ordinary steel plate. The process is a geometric nonlinear, material nonlinear, including the height of boundary nonlinear multivariate dynamic process. Therefore, in order to accurately simulate the sheet metal of the progressive stamping process, avoid long time trial die and mold repair, reduce the production cost, by using the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the explicit Solver (ABAQUS/Explicit) and implicit solution (ABAQUS/Standard) with combined using.This paper takes the multiplex step stamping U shaped and cup parts as the research object, in-depth study with experimental analysis unifies, realize the finite element simulation of sheet metal stamping process variable speed, load and stroke, then study the influence mechanism of variable speed, variable load, variable travel on the forming property of sheet metal. Methods using the explicit and implicit algorithm combination, to explore how the change of the cooperative control of stamping forming speed, forming force, stroke work and other key process parameters in the process, determine the optimal solutions, the sheet metal "shape control" and "performance control" is integrated, and change the traditional test technology by repairing method mode to obtain qualified parts, greatly shorten the development cycle of the die, improve the mold quality, reduce the mold development costs.Aiming at the high strength sheet metal stamping, the production process of various sizes, launches the research on influence law of load parameters such as thickness, different types of sheet and punch, punch movement speed on the forming performance, including the influence and analysis of the springback, strain and thickness reduction, forming the workpiece to obtain the realization of high precision, reduce spring back, eliminate defects such as rupture and wrinkling.
