Coke oven blower cooling system mainly consists of raw coke oven gas collecting tubes, large circulation, initial coolers and blower devices and so on,it is an extremely important part of the whole process of coking production,as the system has the characteristics of complex conditions, strong coupling and nonlinear, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, the control performance has a direct impact on the yield and quality of coke, and also directly related to the smooth transfer of the entire crude gas system. Therefore, the design of the advanced controller of the blower cooling system of the coke oven has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This topic comes from the reconstruction project of coke oven blower cooling control system of Inner Mongolia Meifang coal coking plant. After the research of the process and the state characteristics of the coke oven blower cooling control system,according to the size of the amount of coke oven gas blower cooling control system is divided into three different conditions(heat preservation and maintenance, the normal production and Coke pushing coaling).Under the three conditions, the gas collector pressure fluctuation range is large, sometimes the system can even generate oscillation and the operation is not stable, it is difficult to achieve the desired control effect.To this end, in this paper, based on the model of coke blower cooling system segment identification, through different models, different GPC controllers are designed to realize the non disturbance switching between controllers, which is based on three conditions corresponding controller coke blower cooling system stability control.Simulation and practical results show, in three different working conditions, the control system can promptly adjust parameters of the controller and the controller when the model changes,the system output tracking rapid and less overshoot,not only improve control accuracy,but also improve the system of complex conditions of adaptability and robustness,the coke oven blower cooling system can be guaranteed to operate stably under these three conditions,and the gas collecting pipe pressure is stable in the range of(120±20)Pa process requirements.After the system was put into operation, after a long period of observation has achieved good control effect, it has very good practical value.
