With the development of industry and agriculture,a large number of nitrogenous waste water untreated into the environment,resulting in eutrophication,consume dissolved oxygen in water.Traditional nitrification and denitrification treatment process has long process,high cost,power consumption,low efficiency and high cost of treatment.Partial nitrification-ANAMMOX Process has not add organic carbon.That can save the amount of aeration,low running costs and has become a hot topic.But this process has many shortcomings,such as small anammox sludge,long process start time and other issues.The current research focuses on low ammonia concentration and low salinity water condition.Therefore the subject of the main contents of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction fast domestication enrichment and low ammonia conditions.To shorten the partial nitrification-ANAMMOX Process start time of the test,we use a top with three-phase separator reactor.It is using to enrichment and acclimation ANAMMOX bacteria,hoping to shorten the acclimation time for partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process to provide high activity inoculation sludge.To achieve AOB and ANAMMOX bacteria in symbiosis within a reactor,we developed a new type of reactor as a partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process.It is mainly a combination of a fixed combination of the filler and the three-phase separator.To prevent the ANAMMOX bacteria inhibiting,we add NO2--N additional way to reduce the initial amount of aeration.Studies at high influent ammonia high salt conditions on partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation of influence.The main results are as follows:?1?using the top with a three-phase separator reactor enrichment and acclimation ANAMMOX bacteria,we find that 80 d running through the successful completion of the culture ANAMMMOX bacteria.Total nitrogen load from the original 0.42 kg·m-3·d-1 to 2.52 kg·m-3·d-1.?2?when Starting partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process,the influent NH4+-N was 200 mg / L and the influent NO2--N from the initial 110 mg / L through 15 d gradually reduced to 0 mg / L.We find that new reactor can increase the amount of sludge and biofilm speed,shorten the partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process start time.?3?high ammonia salt water would seriously inhibit partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process.In the partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation reactor,the influent NH4+-N concentration from 800 mg / L increased to 1600 mg / L,the salt is 19000 mg / L.Influent total nitrogen load was 1.0 kg·m-3·d-1,TN removal rate from 90% down to 16%.ANAMMOX bacteria activity is severely inhibited.?4?When the partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process due to high ammonia nitrogen and high salt waste water was inhibited,we can reduce the influent ammonia concentration,salt content to restore partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation process activity.In the partial nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation reactor,we reduce the influent NH4+-N concentration from 1600 mg / L reduced to 1000 mg / L,the salt from 19000 mg / L reduced to 12000 mg / L.After 20 d,reactor resumed activity and running in good condition.
