Corn oil is a kind of edible plant oil of residents' consumption in our country,which obtained by the technique of pressing corn germ and refining.However corn and corn germ can be easily contaminated by bacteria if stored improperly,and then produce zearalenone,and then enter into the corn oil.Zearalenone is a highly toxic fungal metabolites,so the degradation or remove zearalenone is a focus in the study of scholars at home and abroad.The change of zearalenone in corn oil refining process was the research main content.The detailed results are as follows:1)In this paper,the corn oil in several areas was research.Survey results show that zearalenone in corn oil from Shandong,hebei,Jiangsu east China exceeds bid badly,some morethan 2000ug/kg.The corn oil fron northeast China,Inner Mongolia is good,basic under 500ug/kg.As a result,the corn and corn oil in the whole country exceeds bid badly,situation is not optimistic.The reasons of East China area exceeds bid may be scattered corn planting area,rural household improper storage;After corn harvest,air basks in improper,water not up to standard,etc.2)The experimental data shows that the greatest influence on zearalenone removal is alkali refining,decolorizing and deodorization respectively,Each section average removal rate reached 32%,20% and 90% respectively.The dewaxing process effect is not obvious.Zearalenone was not easy removal in the corn oil refining process,residual phenomenon is quite serious.In order to guarantee the high quality of the corn oil,we must control the conditions of corn and corn germ from the source,try to keep dry and ventilated storage workshop to prevent infection by mycotoxins.3)The experiment to determine the best corn oil refining processes:The whole alkali refining process conditions determined as: reaction temperature 65?,alkali concentration 16°Bé,reaction time 10 min,control the alkali refining acid value ?0.4mg KOH/g.The zearalenone removal rate can reach more than 32%.The whole decolorizing refining process conditions determined as: decoloring temperature 118?,decoloring time 25 min,mixed decolorizing agent dosage is 2.5% of the heavy corn oil,the amount of activated clay and activated carbon 20:1.The zearalenone removal rate can reach more than 20%.The whole dewaxing refining process conditions determined as: dewaxing temperature 8 ?,dewaxing time 12 h,filter aid adding amount was 2.5%.The whole deodorization refining process conditions determined as: double temperature twin towers deodorization system,realized the combination of the first phase of 240 ?,the second phase separate packing tower 255 ?,deodorization total time 90 min.The zearalenone removal rate can reach more than 90%.
