At present, the raw oil is becoming increasing qualitative, the rare earth elements with high temperature hydrothermal calcination performance improved high percentage content of rare earth HRY molecular sieve, as the main active group of petrochemical catalysts, has good activity, high thermal stability and conversion of super heavy oil and power, and vanadium poisoning resistance effects of heavy metals in raw oil, USES more and more big, has prompted many scientific research institutes for more in-depth research.In this paper, based on a large number of researchers in the field of research, in the introduction, preparation methods and properties of the molecular sieve all kinds of representation expression, on the basis of each respect such as HRY molecular sieve production technology is introduced, focusing on silica in molecular sieves synthesis utilization rate is not high and rare earth in the process of molecular sieve modified run loss too much problem, experimental research, found the crux of the problem and the influence law, and success in the industrial trial production and industrial application.Research priorities include:First, the production process of the molecular sieve NaY silicon-based filtrate seston separation methods for the experimental research, industrial trial production and industrial application.The results show that the efficient settlement separation method is suitable for silicon-based filtrate separation of suspended solids.Efficient settler in control under the condition of certain capacity and the sedimentation volume, sedimentation time is 3.5 hours,50-60 ℃, temperature control can be suspended to 200 mg/1.Percentage in molecular sieves synthesis, with 28% of the filtrate aluminum silicon rubber production, the product quality, performance in line with the normal product requirements.Industrial application results show that compared with the process before the study, silicon utilization from 80% to 88%.Second, the production process of modified containing rare earth modification of residual rare earth ions back to the filtrate usage has carried on the experimental research, industrial trial production and industrial applications.Results show that using hydroxide precipitation recycling of alkaline NaY molecular sieve modified filtrate of residual rare earth ions, through the way of combining modified filtrate beating and leaching, control the precipitation temperature, time and the number of filter cake elution, rare earth ion precipitation recycling effect is better.Industrial application results show that, compared with the process before the study, outside of modified filtrate residual rare earth ion concentration by 2.56 g/1 to 0.05 g/1, rare earth utilization increased by 7.91%.
