The development of green tire can not only save energy and protect the environment, but also provides a strong growth point for tire industry. This paper discussed the influence of the main raw material on properties of rubber materials, studied on a class of loaded nano-zinc oxide'structure characteristics and performance advantages, prepared conductive rubber material and achieved large scale production. The main work and achievements are as follows:1?Through the comparison of different varieties of butadiene rubber, we found that the products of LANXESS NdBR with high cis content can obtain the excellent mechanical properties and lower rolling resistance.2?Studied on the influence of different silica's parameters on rubber material properties, we found that DBP absorption can characterize the silica particle structure, and the structure is higher, the dispersion of silica is better. The pH can influence the efficiency of silane coupling agent, the combination of silica VN3 which has the lowest pH with rubber on the effect of silane coupling agent is best, so it has low heat build-up and rolling resistance.3?We studied on the effect of silica interface treatment agent, Firstly we researched the effect of silane coupling agent varieties and heat treatment temperature, Si69 is due to the presence of sulfur bond and free sulfur, its product has good mechanical properties. Si747 achieved a good combination of rubber and silica relying on the high activity of sulfhydryl. NXT using inert octanoyl group closed sulfhydryl, extending the scorch time. In addition, the heat treatment effect was significantly better than 120? at 150?. Secondly, addition of amphiphilic dispersant, dispersion of silica became uniform and products' comprehensive performance is obviously improved. Lastly, ionic liquids can promote the efficiency of coupling agent, intensity is obviously improved, heating and rolling resistance decreased more than 20%.4?Four different conductive materials with different dosage were added into rubber, the results showed that the carbon nanotube bundles F7000 could be dispersed well in the rubber matrix, a good conductive path can be constructed in low dosage, and obtain excellent comprehensive performance.5?A kind of loaded nano-zinc oxide' microstructure was characterized, and compared with zinc oxide and nano zinc oxide's role in the activation of natural rubber, it can be found in the case of reducing the amount of 150%, achieved the same integrated performance as zinc oxide, so it is a good way to achieve the purpose of reducing the use of zinc oxide.6?We prepared a class of rubber material with low heat and high thermal conductivity, compared with the company's thermal conductive rubber, in the case of little change in heat, the thermal conductivity increased about 50%. Then, we completed the research of large scale production using continuous mixing rubber at low temperature, and the road test of engineering tire added thermal conductive rubber is good.
