| Polymerization kettle is the main equipment for the preparation of polymer materials, which directly determines the physical and chemical properties, quality and efficiency of the production equipment, production costs and cost of the final product. The pilot kettle as the key equipment for new product and new technology development, which not only need to meet the various conditions of the experimental development, but also need to consider the purpose of the production of equivalent magnification. Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. who jointed equipment production manufacturers and related research units researched and developed a new VC suspension polymerization kettle. Further optimization of the mixing structure through the stirring tests of the VC suspension polymerization kettle, cold model research and practical feeding trial production, finally to realize the development of test kettle in VC suspension polymerization and to provide basic technical parameters for the development of new products and new technology.Firstly, through analyzing the large scale polymerization production, the flow field model of 105m3 and 70m3 polymerization kettle was established. Then the parameters such as the amount of circulation, the number of cycles and the power of the mixing unit were analyzed, finally to determine the design parameters of pilot test polymerization kettle. According to the mixing of various types of kettle at home and abroad, we product various forms of blade and formulate relevant experimental formula to feeding experiments. Investigated the physical and chemical properties of PVC resin produced under different experimental conditions, different mixing speeds and different mixing methods and then compared with the large polymer resin production, at last selected the optimization of the mixed form and the matching formula system, and follow up the development of various types of PVC resin. |
