In today's rapid economic development, waste solvent production increased year after year, recycling and waste solvent disposal and utilization has become one of the important environmental problems currently facing China's economic development. In this context, Huateng Tianhai company for waste solvent recovery and reuse technology to carry out research, has great economic value and social benefit.In this paper, we study the Huateng Tianhai project of waste solvent recovery, first of all by small scale distillation separation of waste solvent, waste solvent, raw material and product components, determine the waste solvent, raw material and product rapid analysis method, to find suitable for the production of rapid detection methods and the use of gas chromatography analysis.Based on the continuous distillation technique, the waste solvent distillation process was simulated by using Aspen Plus software, waste solvents were divided into N-methyl formamide, diethylene glycol butyl ether and water, three tower continuous distillation device simulation, because of the second condition is condition of a part, working condition were simulated based on the determined three towers of the process parameters, ensure segregation of N-methyl formamide is equal to or greater than 95% and separation of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is more than or equal to 95%.Finally under the simulated conditions, of waste solvent three tower distillation process of industrial design, design waste solvent tower continuous distillation device, including:Determination of equipment parameters, main technological process, main operating conditions and main equipment selection and the effect of process operation analysis, by optimizing the process operation to ensure separation of N-methyl formamide is equal to or greater than 99% and separation of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is equal to or more than 98%.
