| The materials synthesis phase of this thesis introduced phosphorus oxygen groups under the bottom of calix[6]arenes, and this kind of groups had a strong selective adsorption ability to uranium. 5,11,17,23,29,35-hexacarboxy-37,38,39,40,41,42-hexaoxygen-diethyl phosphate calix[6]arene(HHPHC) was synthesized firstly, then derived for chloride HHPHC of carboxyl groups, after pretreatment of chitosan load on the bottmon of acyl chlorination HHPHC, phosphorate derivates of calixarenes cross-linked chitosan(HHPHC-CTS) this kind of new adsorption material was synthesized in the end.In the laboratory, respectively conducted experiments on HHPHC, HHPHC- CTS for electroplating waste water containing Cu2+ and Ni2+ and simulated wastewater containing uranium to study extraction and adsorption characters. The experiment explores extraction rules of HHPHC to Cu2+ and Ni2+, UO22+, as well as HHPHC- CTS for low concentration wastewater containing uranium law of adsorption and adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics, combined with IR, XRD, SEM and other means to characterize and analyze the materials, thus to reveal HHPHC- CTS of uranyl adsorption mechanism, consequently provide theoretical basis for new adsorption material to deal with low concentration of uranium wastewater, following results were achieved :The extraction characters and mechanism of HHPHC to Cu2+, Ni2+ and UO22+: pH had bigger influence on the extraction process, and when pH = 5.0, the extraction effect best. Meanwhile, can use level 2 dynamic model fitting the process of extraction, also its isotherm can fit Freundlich isothermal model well, besides, it benefits the extraction reaction when properly decrease the temperature. Orthogonal experiment results showed that when the temperature was 25 ℃, the order of the factors influence extraction UO22+ distribution of HHPHC ranked as follow: pH > concentration of uranium > time > concentration of extractant; The optimal extraction conditions was pH = 5.0, uranium concentration = 5 mg/L, time = 30 min, extractant concentration tendency = 0.2 mmol/L.The adsorption characters and mechanism of HHPHC- CTS to uranium: the optimum pH of HHPHC- CTS to uranium adsorption was 5.0, after 15 min reach the adsorption equilibrium. Anions has bigger influence than kation on the uranium(VI) adsorption of HHPHC- CTS, which order ranked as: CO32- > C2O42-> SO42- > NO3-. HHPHC – CTS can be renewable. After desorption and reused four times, the adsorption rate of material of uranylion in aqueous solution only decreased 5.72%, which has important economic value. The chemical reaction between HHPHC- CTS and uranium occur on the double bond of the top edge of the amino and the bottom of Phosphorus oxygen groups. Kinetics study showed that the adsorption process of HHPHC- CTS to uranium adsorption fited Freundlich isotherm model(R2 > 0.999) well, meanwhile it was a spontaneous multilayer adsorption reaction multilayer adsorption reaction, which promote the adsorption reaction when properly raised the temperature. |
