| In recent years, with the rise in demand for pharmaceutical care products,the demand for the sterilizer in sterilization can greatly increase.While traditional sterilization equipment are batch sterilizer cabinet type,there are problems in the agglomeration of powder or granular products, the uneven sterilization and the waste of human energy.And before and after sterilization need frequent open doors, not suitable for the requirements of large scale automatic sterilization.The study of dynamic continuous sterilization has become a hot and direction.Therefore, in this paper, the design of a dynamic continuous sterilization production line, realize the of powder and granule product continuous conveying sterilizing, drying and cooling,which is a breakthrough of the traditional method of "drug powder particle static and dynamic vapor", the main research work is as follows:First, object of powder and granule materials, such as sterilization analysis, and puts forward a dynamic continuous sterilization method, and according to the requirements of the overall design, the design of the two kinds of dynamic continuous sterilization production line, for sterilization and cooling cylinder is used for dynamic sealing problems, and the research on the dynamic sealing, solves the rotating cylinder and the feed end and the discharge end of the dynamic seal. By comparing the two types of sterilization production line program, the final choice of a better second programs.Secondly, the sterilization of the rotating cylinder body and the cooling of the rotating cylinder body is the key part of the dynamic continuous sterilization production line, the rotation will appear vibration problem, so the two rotating cylinder body were modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the respective. The results show that the work of the two cylinder bodies without resonance, and to study the vibration mode diagram view the vibration characteristics of the rotating cylinder. The sterilization of the rotating cylinder body is in the high temperature sterilization. Therefore, the sterilization of the rotating cylinder body were thermal structure coupling analysis, get the temperature contours and thermal deformation nephogram and heat should stress nephogram, the results show that the sterilization cylinder body deformation and strength are in design permits within the scope that is reasonable and safe.Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic continuous sterilization production line, so it carries on the sterilization effect experiment.Several kinds of powder, granular food or medicine were selected to carry out sterilization and drying test. The experimental results show that the obvious effect of sterilization, sterilization mildew and bacteria < 10cfu/g containing water is less than or equal to 5% and sterilization process of powder material is not easy to agglomerate, and satisfy the requirement of mass production. |
