| Through the research on estimate methods of environmental protection investment of construction project, this paper try to improve the measuring accuracy for environmental protection investment of construction project and environment evaluation level, and provide decision-making reference for project construction management.First of all, through the literature research at home and abroad, learn the construction project environmental protection investment theory and significant cost theory, and made clear the importance of the construction project environmental protection investment and feasibility of significant cost theory in the field of environmental protection investment estimation.Secondly, from the identification of cost and benefit of environmental protection investment of construction project, made clear the relationship between the costs and benefits of environmental investment, and briefly analyses the environmental protection investment of construction projects in different stages(early, during the construction, operation and maintenance and disposal payback period), and accent on the construction projects in ecological, noise, vibration, air, solid waste and other aspects of environmental protection investment, and has been clear about the measure content and requirements of construction project environmental protection investment.Once again, significant theory with grey theory was introduced in detail. The main content of Significant theory is, through the construction project of similar environmental protection investment characteristics are significant factors of calculation and analysis of the significant project to determine the construction project environmental protection investment CSIs(significant cost project), and then build the CSIs model, in order to simplify the calculation of similar engineering. In grey theory, this paper analyzed the feasibility of the use grey model to forecast significant cost of the similar project environmental protection investment. the GM(1, 1) model were introduced in detail, through the study of the accumulation of raw data generation were analyzed, and clear the operating procedures of the grey theory.Finally, highway construction with a total investment of 1-2 billion and environmental protection investment between 50 million and 100 million, environmental protection investment of total investment 2-5%, environmental protection investment between 1.5-2 million per kilometer, 20 to 50 km as an example is analyzed. And the results for the degree of fitting between predicted values and actual values is better. It is showed that the significant theory for the similar engineering calculations combined with grey prediction model, not only can improve the computation efficiency of the similar engineering environmental protection investment, but also can greatly reduce the working strength budget staff. |
