Green, environmental protection, health of nano antibacterial materials are enormous demand to fascinate human beings since the 21 st. Due to size effect of nanometer materials, large specific surface area and strong interface bonding ability,making the same composition of nanocomposites are compared with the conventional composite material has better physical properties, nanometer antibacterial material at the same time make composite material not only in physical properties is greatly increased, and gives the advantages of safety, antimicrobial properties, greatly made up for the shortcomings of a single material, to produce a single material does not have the new performance.Nano silver inorganic antibacterial agent have stronger antibacterial ability, good durability, broad antibacterial spectrum, it is not easy to produce drug resistance, high security and so on characteristics, therefore, as a kind of effective, safe and high efficient inorganic antibacterial agent, have more and more widely in the field of biomedical applications.But the nanosize silver particles size is small, high surface activity, in the process of preparation of reunion extremely easily,cause an lost when nanoparticles due physical properties and function. With natural nano materials as the carrier, the nanometer silver particles and natural biodegradable polymer compound preparation of composite antibacterial agent, can not only ensure the nanosize silver particles dispersed homogeneously, and can improve stability properties of silver nanoparticles, the antibacterial agent has the advantage of natural,safe and biodegradable, can broaden its application in the field of biomedicine.This dissertation about nano silver MMT composite antibacterial agent and loadnano silver MMT/starch composite antibacterial membrane materials, preparation methods and performance study, carried out the following three aspects:(1) Load MMT silver nanoparticles prepared by chemical reduction method composite antibacterial agent.On the carrier of MMT, chitosan as chelating agent,using glucose reduction of silver nitrate preparation of silver nanoparticles. By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, screened the best experimental conditions. And imposed a series of composite antibacterial characterization: silver EDS shows that maximum amount is 6.02%; Ultraviolet absorption at 415 nm with maximum absorption, shows that the successful preparation of silver nanoparticles;TEM showed that the nanosize silver particles uniform distribution, dispersion is good,and the average particle size is between 2-4 nm; Ir and XRD results show that the preparation method does not change the original structure of MMT, and by XRD analysis of the mechanism of the composite antibacterial agent carrying silver;Antibacterial experiments show that load MMT preparation of the nanometer composite antibacterial agent has good antibacterial properties of silver.(2) Screening of starch film preparation process parameters.Selection of hydroxypropyl starch as raw material, respectively with glycerol as the plasticizer,carrageenan for preparation of starch gels membrane. And the test parameters of the starch, glycerin content, gelatinization temperature, drying temperature and so on has carried on the screening, the results show that glycerin is 0.5 g, pasting 1 h under85 ? temperature, and drying under 50 ? for 10 h as the best parameters.(3) The preparation of composite antibacterial agent is added to the starch film material in the preparation of composite antibacterial material.The MMT composite antibacterial has been shed, can make the starch paste liquid layer, so as to improve the mechanical properties of starch film, also give its antibacterial properties.Through the FT- IR, XRD, SEM characterization of the composite membrane material, at the same time, the determination of the mechanical properties, the blocking properties and antibacterial properties. The results showed that nano silver MMT/starch composite antibacterial materials in mechanical performance and the blocking performance, than pure starch film materials have greatly improved.Especially the test load nano MMT/starch film composite antibacterial properties of antibacterial material, for the starch film material in food packaging have the effect of basic research in the field of promotion.
