| Most of coconut shell were abandoned in China, which caused great waste of resources. In order to make full use of resources and improve the utilization rate of coconut shell, studying the pyrolysis process and exploring the high value-added product applications has great significance.Coconut shell pyrolysis is influenced by many factors,and products distribution changes with the change of process conditions.The pyrolysis temperature, heating rate and particle size on the conversion rate of coconut shell were discussed.Setting prolysis temperature is 350℃, 450℃, 575℃and600 ℃, respectively. And make sure that the temperature of coconut shell complete pyrolysis is 575℃. Since then, under the pyrolysis temperature, choose different heating rate(2.5, 5, 10 and 20℃/min) and raw material particle size(<1 mm, 4~8 mm, 10~20mm) for pyrolysis. The studies showed that the yield of pyrolysis oil increased with the heating rate increased, and with the increased of particle size, yield first increased and then decreased. Raw material particle size of 4~8 mm, heating rate of 20 ℃ /min,pyrolysis temperature of 575℃, the oil production rate is the highest 75.74%.Coconut oil composition were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the coconut oil phenolic substance most, followed by acids, in addition to esters, ketones, aldehydes, alcohols, ethers and other substances. Animal study showed that coconut oil has improved myocardial ischemia.Coconut shell charcoal surface morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the coconut shell charcoal surface formed a large number of pores. After further determined by specific surface area and pore size analyzer,it showed that exist within the microporous structure of coconut shell charcoal, raw material particle size of 4~8 mm, heating rate of 5℃/min, the pyrolysis temperature of575℃ pyrolysis conditions resulting coconut shell charcoal has the largest surface area at 150.4116 m2/g. At different heating rate and particle size pyrolysis proceeds from coconut shell charcoal as the electrode material, graphite rod as auxiliary electrode,Ag/Ag Cl electrode as reference electrode, 3 mol/L KCl as electrolyte,-0.15~0.2 V range,scan rate of 100 m V/s by using cyclic voltammetry tested the super capacitor performance. The results showed that the pyrolysis with largest specific capacitance of coconut shell charcoal is 10.49 F/g. The coconut shell charcoal were acidified, pyrolysis activation, KOH activation, and the results showed that the specific capacitance of coconut shell charcoal had improved to some extent. |
