Study On New Type Head Tail Sealing Device Of Iron Sintering Machine

Head-tail seal device is installed on both ends of ironmaking sintering machine,which is used to prevent the air inhaled bellows from the bottom of the car. So, this equipment is an important part of sintering machine, More than 80% of the useless air was prevented into the inside of sintering machine bellows, therefore, the output and quality of sinter is improved. At present, there is a big gap between China and foreign countries in the field of sintering machine seal and the gap is particularly obvious on the reliability of device. The shortage of our seal device is short life-span, not ideal sealing effect and so on. Aiming at above questions, this paper puts forward a new design of sintering machine head-tail seal device.In this paper, the existing head-tail seal devices are analyzed, the types and disadvantages of sealing device are studied. In order to solve these problems, a new automatic servo head-tail sealing device is proposed and the suitable plant material are selected by formula according to production data.The next step is to determine model data of device. The three-dimension model is set up by Creo2.0 software. Then the static, modal, thermal–structure and other data of device are analyzed based on the ANSYS and deficiency of device are modified. The model has modified can bear complex thermal and force requirements.Finally, program and simulate according to the requirements of automation system.The program is written by PLC based on automation standard of device, and the program has proved meet the requirements through simulation.In order to change the design ideas of which seal device rely on pure mechanical principles, the design of new type sintering machine head-tail sealing device has realized automatic control. Meanwhile, the new structure design and the new high temperature resistant material can solve the problems of bad sealing effect which caused by big friction and serious deformation of trolley mudsill. Therefore, sealing device has longer life-span and better sealing effect.
