Research On Solid Waste Processing With Cement Kiln

The study of treatment of the solid wastes from cement kiln was involved in this paper.The influence of the strength of the cement clinker and firing process was investigated by mean of measuring the various performance indicators of the raw cement and clinker cement after the solid wastes was added. Furthermore the smoke compositions from the kiln tail was measured, all of the indexes meet the national standard perfectly. Using the cement plant calcining equipment to deal with the solid wastes can bring both environmental benefit and realize the transformation of the cement industry. In the view of the over-saturated situations of small and medium-sized cement plants in our country, high consumption and heavy pollution of cement industry in the past will transformed to friendly garbage-disposal-environmental industries and this can also bring better social benefits. It is a harmless, reduction and comprehensive processing effective way using solid waste for cement calcining in steady of raw cement materials, and provides the theory and application basis for the further industrial processing and production.
