With the continuous exploration of new materials,the porous material is rapidly infiltrated into many fields.However based on characteristics of quick processing speed,small cost and so on,micro-milling machining technology is especially suitable for porous material miniature components' formation and manufacture.The service performance and life expectancy of components are closely related to surface quality and steady machining process.And the reasonable selection of craft parameters is playing a crucial role.This article focuses on dynamics modeling of micro-milling process,stability and surface quality and so on.And the purpose is to guarantee the smooth machining process and reduce the damage of micro-milling cutter,then ensure components' service performance at the same time prolong their service life.The main work is as follows:At first this article introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of porous materials,establishes simplified model of hole configuration system and carries on the equivalent stiffness analysis of the porous material.Then it establishes micro-milling dynamics model of porous materials,based on this model it separately analyzes the influence of both micro-milling cutter and porous material work-piece's stiffness,damping ratio and natural frequency on the stability.On the basis of theoretical analysis,it launches an influence experiment of the micro-milling parameters for further research,that is the tool condition monitoring.Through experiments initially establishes the relationship of micro-milling force signal,vibration signal and milling temperature signal with the three parameters,including spindle speed,axial cutting depth and feed speed.Tool wear indirectly reflects whether the selection of the micro-milling machining parameters of porous materials is appropriate or not.Finally,this article analyzes the problem of surface quality of the porous material work-piece,and then links the results with process parameters.This paper has launched a detailed analysis and research on these content,including simplified model of hole configuration system of porous materials,equivalent stiffness,micro-milling dynamics model,stability,the relevant experimental design and analysis of the results of tool condition monitoring,and surface quality.It has a very important theoretical and practical significance for ensuring the stable machining environment and improving components' quality.
