Reducing leaching and roasting leaching direct reduction are the two main methods of soft manganese preparation of manganese sulfate. Traditional roasting reduction leaching method has a high energy consumption, environmental pollution and other shortcomings, it has been unable to adapt to the requirements of social development. Direct reduction ore leaching method to two-step based, however, because of the reduction rate, leaching slag large, easy introduction of impurities shortcomings, it has not been widely used. The organic reducing leaching method has simple process, low energy consumption, without introducing impurities advantages become a research hotspot. Thus, finding a good reducing effect, low cost organic reducing agent has very important significance.In this study, a reducing aldehyde organic matter reducing leaching pyrolusite, mainly studying the process of reducing agent Pyrolusite influence factor to obtain a reaction optimum conditions, by reducing agent to find the best parallel test. From the analysis of the thermodynamic and kinetic aspects of the reaction mechani, Orthogonal Experiment to find out the reaction of various factors on the impact of the size reduction of the leaching conditions, by adjusting the experimental conditions to further optimize the experimental conditions.Experiment with formic acid, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, glyoxal and 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde five organics reducing parallel experimental study, to obtain the most economically feasible method when using 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde as the reducing agent. Experimental study of single factor 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde, reducing leaching pyrolusite optimum process parameters: liquid to solid ratio of 4: 1, the amount of sulfuric acid 40 mL, diameter 0.104mm> 90%, the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, the amount of 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde is 12.5g and reaction time 5h. In this case manganese leaching rate of up to 94.73 %. By orthogonal experiments manganese leaching rate of the order of a factor of the amount of 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde > reaction temperature > sulfuric acid dosage > reaction time. Optimal leaching conditions optimum conditions for the experiment: 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl aldehyde 12.5g, amount of sulfuric acid 40 mL, temperature 90℃, liquid to solid ratio of 4:1, diameter 0.104mm>90%, aeration 1L /min, under aeration reaction 3h, the reaction was continued after stop the aerator 1h. In this case manganese leaching rate of up to 95.62%.
