This study relies on the national water pollution control and management major science and technology project: ZiyaHe River(Hebei Section) water pollution control and water quality improvement technology integration and comprehensive demonstration.,This study simulated the effect of wetland system's water environment and integrated a demonstration of bio-ecological restoration techniques. By the field and laboratory simulation test, the study screened and planted suitable aquatic plants and put the aquatic organismsin water with increasing the content of dissolved oxygen in order toenhance the capacity of river on the degradation of pollutants. By the combination with the fountain aeration technology, Gradually to restore aquatic ecosystems function and reduce pollution release in lake and finally achieving the purpose of improving water quality through the ecosystem regulation. This paper focuses on the migration of phosphorus in the sediment, interstitial water and overlying water, in order to provide theoretical supports to prevent water from black-and-malodorous.1: The research studied a typical city park water in Haihe basin, which sets urban sewage treatment plant effluent as its water supply. Effluent flowed into landscape water through measures as promotion of sewage pumping station, the plunge after aeration and aquatic plant purification. During the study period, it was found that black-and-malodorous water still exists in summer. Therefore, the research studied the quality and its space-time change rule of recharging water and park water body,.The results showed that black smelly phenomenon is relatively serious in the flow zone, and ratio of TN/TP ranges from17:1 to 32:1, which means it belongs to the typical phosphorus limited eutrophication.2: Constructed Wetlands for relying on the research of the control of black-odor water demonstration projects, we.focus on its effects and the control flow table surface sediment characteristics. The results showed that the surface flow wetland had a great effect to the water quality purification, the TN removal rate was 75.08% and the TP removal rate was 46.36%.After run for three months, the artificial lake water quality from inferior V water body becomes V water body, part of the point reached IV water body; we also found that total content of phosphorus(TP) on sediment surface in man-made lake ranges between 504.97 to 718.87 mg/kg and followed the order: Ca-P > Res-P > NaOH-P > KCl-P > NaOH-P0.3: Through the laboratory simulation of wetland ecological water cycle system and the analysis of migration of phosphorus in the sediment, interstitial water and overlying water, it is showed that 88.89% of phosphorus removal due to the effect of subsidence of the water to make particles state of phosphorus into the sediment; Phosphorus in water has a trend to diffuse from interstitial water to overlying water, and its diffuse form is soluble phosphate. When the amount of sediment in the limestone modifier is 0.1kg / m2, 150 days after, the content Ca-P of deposit will be increased to 2.2 times. As a result, reducing the release of phosphorus upward to overlying water, and solving the problem of the endogenous pollution of phosphorus to a certain degree.
