This paper mainly studies the basic properties of double protein modified vinylon fiber / lyocell blended knitted fabrics.First, the basic performance of double protein modified vinylon fiber include: tensile property, moisture absorption and desorption and frictional properties are analyzed in order to provide theoretical references to its spinning and weaving process.Secondly, double protein modified vinylon fiber and lyocell fiber are selected as raw materials and blended with each other in order to study the structure, properties and the spinning process. The appropriate model is established to analyse the variation of the tensile properties of the blended yarn with different blending ratio.Again, double protein modified vinylon fiber/lyocell blended knitted fabrics with different blending ratio are knitted to test and analyse the basic mechanical properties and comfortable performance, and then we make comprehensive performance evaluation of double protein modified vinylon fiber/lyocell blended knitted fabrics by using the gray near-optimal system. Finally, double protein modified vinylon knitted fabrics are processed with alkali treatment, washing and dry heat treatment at different temperatures respectively, in order to study the changes of structure and performance of the fabrics.
