At present, China has become the world’s largest ferroalloy production and consumption country, ferroalloy enterprises high energy consumption and heavy pollution. In the process of producing a lot of waste, in the flue gas purification will produce a lot of dust. The dust particle size is small, the variety, the total quantity is huge, the composition difference is big, if not treated effectively, can cause the serious pollution to the plant and the surrounding environment.Development and use of dust, not only can prevent pollution, improve the surrounding environment and it can turn waste into treasure is enterprises to achieve the embodiment of economic value and social value. This study will be made of silicon manganese alloy dust pellet, return to the enterprise furnace smelting, realize the recycling of resources; it can also be made of low melting point, viscosity suitable metallurgical materials applied to the production of iron and steel, manganese resources recycling. To increase the economic benefits for the enterprise, make a contribution to protect the environment.Manganese dust made the ball from the iron ore pellet production method, compared the binder, bentonite, cement, lime, water glass and starch. The experimental results show that bentonite as the best binder, the dosage is 2%, the pellet compressive strength 656N/A, drop strength 6.1 Times / A, can realization of ferroalloy enterprises of the original return smelting.Optimization of dust pellet ratio, the addition of Ca O alkalinity modulation, when the alkalinity R=2.0 melting for1275 ℃, viscosity in 1400 ℃, dust pellet viscosity 0.064 Pa.S, low melting point, viscosity small, liquidity good, can fast slag melting, improve steelmaking refining effect.
