With the accelerated process of economic globalization and trade liberalization, changing manual inspection into device automation is inevitable tendency in the direction of the development of domestic packaging industry. As for the device serving for the quality standards of packaging products, more and more inspection device are being integrated into packing line. So in the removal of manual inspection area, then add the modernization of foreign objects detection equipment is imperative. How to effectively avoid risks generated during executing such kind of renovation project by integrating detection equipment is the arduous task of the packaging industry.Do the risk identification, risk assessment and risk response to the renovation project of beer of filling lines by integrating foreign objects inspection equipment based on the basic theory of risk management. Using the Delphy technology according to the project WBS to identify the risk factors, classify the risks and create a preliminary risk identification list. Expert investigation method is used to get the probability of occurrence of each risk factor, analytic hierarchy process is used to get the weight of each risk, finally get the comprehensive weight of each risk factor objective for every risk. All the risks can be evaluated objectively then and the preliminary list of risk factors will be updated into the list of rating risk factors.At last, according to the specific situation of each risk, the corresponding solutions are formulated which can reduce or avoid the loss due to the risk, and get the final risk factor list and create the prime risk management system for H Company. Continuously adjust according to the actual situation, identify the new risk factor, do the assessment, make the response action and monitoring, through the four step cycle of the implementation to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Further optimizing the process is needed finally and we should expand the use of the basic process of risk management, so that it can be suitable for all the related projects in H Company or all the similar projects in the packaging industry... |
