In the international situation of energy shortage, the nation has pay great attention to oil and gas mining work. The pipeline is blocked easily due to hydrate particles which are generated in the process of production. Taking the security of oil and gas production into account, it is very important to analyze the aggregation behavior of gas-hydrate particles in the pipeline. Obtaining the factors which are lead to hydrate particles aggregation accurately has become an urgent need. Technical supports can be provided for the actual production to maintain the safety of oil and gas production effectively in this study. The aggregation behavior of gas-hydrate particles in flowing field is simulated using the Fluent in this paper. Firstly, using Euler model predicts the aggregation process of hydrate particles in the turbulent flowing field. In this process, the best drag model and optimum fluid inlet velocity are determined, which will make the numeric simulation more accurate.According to the simulation results, we can know that diminishing the size of particles, increasing the volume concentration of it moderately and lowering particle viscosity can improve transport efficiency. Secondly, using the DPM model predicts the aggregation process of hydrate particles in the turbulent flowing field. In this process, the influence of additional force on the particle can be ignored. Increasing the coefficient of particle shape moderately can reduce the aggregation amount efficaciously.
