Swine wastewater means pig urine, feces, feed residues, general water wash sty arising from high concentration organic wastewater. If the waste water discharged into the environment without any treatment the water will inevitably lead to water pollution.Environmental pollution caused by the swine wastewater mainly in the following aspects:1) pollution of surface water, groundwater and farmland.2) pollution of the atmospheric environment. A large number of pig manure and wastewater discharge will evaporate containing NH3, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide and malodorous lower fatty acid and other harmful gases. 3) pollution of the soil environment. Large quantities of emissions, high concentrations of wastewater, soil beyond its self-purification capacity, so phosphorus, heavy metals and other trace elements in the soil constantly enrichment, harm normal growth of crops. 4) the impact of environmental health. Swine wastewater contains large amounts of bacteria and parasite eggs, if directly into bodies of water or farmland untreated, will lead to the spread of germs, mosquitoes breed and cause disease, serious harm to human and animal health. As the number of large-scale pig farms rapid growth in the face of economic development while protecting the ecological environment, so how to properly deal with swine wastewater is becoming increasingly serious. From the current point of view the research results at home and abroad, to seek a deal with high efficiency, low cost of construction, operation management and maintenance is simple, economical, eco-friendly farm wastewater treatment method has been the subject of pig enterprises are most concerned about. This paper aims Jinxu Yingde City Animal Husbandry Co., the new 500 tons daily discharge of wastewater swine wastewater treatment engineering experimental research and determine the discharge water quality standards, the proven combination of the swine wastewater treatment processes running effect, with a view to seeking a cost-effective, eco-friendly farm wastewater treatmentprocess. In this study, the inverted A2 / O2 Process, chemical method and constructed wetlands and treatment of piggery waste anaerobic digester biogas, obtained the following findings:(1) nitrification and denitrification processes in the biochemical composition of the pool and in the chemical reagents added phosphorus precipitation tank and further treatment of sewage in the final processing unit constructed wetlands, eventually making biogas slurry pond effluent discharge the indicators to achieve in Guangdong Province "livestock industry pollutant discharge standard"(DB44 / 613-2009) emission standards.(2) by detecting the sludge at different concentrations, obtained with the increasing concentration of sludge, TP removal rate is also increased in the 20% to 50% between removal. For COD treatment effect is relatively stable, the removal rate remained at about 80%, and NH4 +-N and TN removal rate with increasing sludge concentration showed a slight increase.(3) In the sedimentation tank stage, add chemical reagents quicklime and poly aluminum chloride can effectively improve the TP removal, biochemical pool of TP removal rate of 20% to 30%, after the addition of chemical reagents removal rate can reach more than 75%. And the increase of the COD removal by adsorption flocculation chemicals.(4) wetland depth processing wastewater, wetland plants grow lush wetland sewage treatment effect is ideal, in which the COD, TP, NH4 +-N, NO3--N, TN removal rate of 50% to 70 %, 60% to 75%, 10% to 20%, 5% to 20%, 25% to 30%, basically to achieve a good treatment effect.
