Geological environment bearing capacity assessment in coal mine area is of great significance to ensure the sustainable development of mining area. A lot of research and practice shows that scientific and reasonable planning before mining is the main way to reduce geological environmental problems in coal mining area. using the established geological environment bearing capacity evaluation standard in coal mining area to carry out geological environment bearing capacity evaluation under the mining condition,this can provide important basis for reasonable planning and environmental protection in coal mining area.Using the numerical simulation method this paper analyzes the medium conditions and factors index that influence the geological environment bearing capacity of coal mining area, impact trend of factors to geological environment bearing capacity. According to the geological environment ability to resist disturbance and mining damage to the protected objects, the geological environmental bearing capacity divided into four levels such as strongest, strong, weak, weakest. The classification threshold of quantitative factors were determined By multi-model and single factor numerical simulation experiments. the qualitative index classification threshold were determined and the geological environmental bearing capacity evaluation standard table have been optimized through the summary and draw lessons from the research achievements of predecessors. Using the coal mining subsidence data in Tongchuan mining area, study the association between various structural medium elements and coal mining subsidence by grey correlation analysis method and finally concluded the main factors indicator of mining subsidence. The analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is applied to determining weights of Tongchuan mining area core index system, and established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mining area geological environment bearing capacity.The paper apply the established evaluation standard and method to evaluate geological environment bearing capacity of Xiashijie coal mine and Wangshiwa coal mine.the result of geological environment bearing capacity evaluation in Xiashijie mine is strong level and In Wangshiwa mine is weak level. The evaluation results consistent with the real situation, demonstrate that the evaluation standard and evaluation method has a certain application value, can provide the basis for the sound plan of coal mine area before mining.
