Because of the importance of hypochlorite and pH in cell,It is very necessary to develope a suitable method for the detection of hypochlorite and pH,the study of it is the pursuit of biology,as well as the major topic of current molecular recognition science.Fluorescein derivatives are based on the fluorescein which has visible absorption and fluorescence emission,good fluorescence quantum yield and good photostability.At first,2-methoxybenzoylhydrazine fluorescein lactam(1)was synthesized as a probe of hypochlorite in the article and its UV-vis absorption spectrum,fluorescence emmision spectrum and mechanism analasis were introduced;Secondly,series of fluorescein lactam based schiff base(C-R series)were synthesized,and its UV-vis absorption spectrum and fluorescence emmision spectrum were showed,and then the effects on the UV-vis absorption and fluorescence emmision of different substituents were discussed,we found hydrogen bonds could enhance the ability of recogniting hypochlorite;At the last,we found that C-R series compounds possessed poorer performance than compound 1 on recogniting hypochlorite.In conclusion,the structure of amide have an advantage over the structure of schiff base on designing probes like this.It is important to test the pH in cell in the field of biology and chemistry.Fluorescein derivative were commonly used as pH probes,but they leave cell easily;BODIPY probes are much more stable with exposure,but they could hardly dissovle in water;Cyanine probes have more suitable excitation and emission wavelength,but they will bleach with exposure.In chapter 4,three phenanthroimidazole derivatives(compound F,G,H)were synthesised and developed as pH probe,compound F shown a good ability of detecting Ag+,compound G and H were derived from compound F,they showed better performance then comound F as pH probe.Three phenanthroimidazole derivatives were two-photon pH probe and overcame some drawbacks of tranditional pH probes.We believe these three probes would have good application and development prospects.
