Innovative Application Of Inventory Yarn In Knitting Clothing Design

Yarn is the main raw material of knitted garment production. Stock yarn in knitting clothing enterprise occupies a large proportion in the inventory. Due to inventory yarn itself has certain characteristics in such aspects as material, color, structure, with the extension of storage time, it will be more difficult to adapt to the constantly updated market demand and more difficult to be consumed. Based on the research of stock yarn in knitting clothing design innovation, the purpose is solving the problem of inventory for our country’s knitting clothing enterprise to provide referential ideas and methods.Through the analysis of the sources of inventory yarn, it can be divided into small amounts of a variety, out of date two cases to be studied. After data analysis and design practice, summed up the application method of inventory yarn with each problem in knitting clothing design, such as a small amount of multicolor, a small amount of a variety of materials, small amounts of a variety o f structure, color out of date, etc. Then from the perspective of knitwear design, chose the inventory yarn for knitting clothing series design, which comply with the design concept, reflecting the value of inventory yarn in knitting clothing design. Through multi-angle research, this paper summed up the application methods of inventory yarn in knitting clothing design to provide certain theory and practical experience for the enterprise to solve the problem of inventory.
