The Development Of National Standard Substances Of Gold Ingredient For Gold Ore And Gold Concentrates

At present, there are large demands of gold ore and gold concentrate standard substance in domestic, but there is no suitable gold concentrate standard substance. After preliminary research, we design and development of a series of gold ore, gold concentrate standard substances of gold ingredient.We designed six gold grade point for the research of gold ore and gold concentrates national standard substances of gold ingredient. The gold grade range between 2.0-90.0g/t, including two gold ore and four gold concentrates gold ingredient analysis standard substances. During the study of the standard substances, Raymond mill was using to grind samples and the particle size can meet the requirements of analysis. We used the way of one-mixed sample of homemade Mixed prototype, greatly reducing the processing procedures of standard substance, and get the maximum guarantee of standard substance uniformity. In views of the easily oxidized of high-sulfide ore, we innovative use of the vacuum packaging technology, and increase the stability of the standard substance. Eligible homogeneity testing and stability testing of these standard substance is good. The set value had been analyzed by national standard laboratory method fire assay gravimetric and fire assay- atomic absorption spectrometry in nine domestic laboratory with laboratory accreditation, the set value result and uncertainty meet the design requirements.Now the standard substances declaring of this set of standard substances have been completed, and achieved the national standard number. After popularizing and applying in the gold industry, the standard substances achieved approval and praise from companies.
