Study On The Application Of On Line Cleanup-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry In Pesticides And Veterinary Drugs Residues Analysis

Pesticide and veterinary drug residue has always been the main factor affecting food security,which poses great threat to people's health and it has been a hotspot in the field of drug analysis.More and more strict limits and shorter development test cycles bring a new challenge to the analyst.More accurate and efficient detection method has become a new trend in the field of residue analysis.Quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(Q Orbitrap)provides a more reliable basis for pesticide residue analysis because of high sensitivity and high anti-jamming capability.Tubflow/Q-Orbitrap has many characteristics of convenient operation,low cost,high accurate.This paper studied on the application of tubflow/Q-Orbitrap in the analysis of 24 carbamates,24 sulfonylurea herbicides,diclazuril,toltrazuril and metabolite residues.Which solved a series of technical problems in food safety detection,afford some theory guidance and practical example for the method development in this field.A sensitive tubflow online cleanup liquid chromatography high-resolution benchtop Q Orbitrap mass spectrometric(TFC-Q Orbitrap)method was established for determination of carbamates pesticides in vegetables.The method especially studied the selection of suitable on line cleanup conditions and chromatographic separation conditions,establish an accurate and convenient qualitative and quantitative method.A sensitive tubflow online cleanup liquid chromatography high-resolution benchtop Q Orbitrap mass spectrometric(TFC-Q Orbitrap)method was established for determination of sulfonylurea herbicides in cereals.The method improves the detection flux,realized the simultaneously determined of 24 sulfonylurea herbicides.A sensitive tubflow online cleanup liquid chromatography high-resolution benchtop Q Orbitrap mass spectrometric(TFC-Q Orbitrap)method was established for determination of diclazuril,toltrazuril and metabolite residues in foods of animal origin.The method eliminates the interference of the matrix,and improves the accuracy of the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
