Study On The Ecological Environment Governance Of Luxia Town In Nanping City

Under the background of Chinese domestic social and economic development, because of the extensive economic growth pattern and the neglect of the ecology environment value, there has been a series of ecological environment problems in rural China, such as damage of natural resource and environmental pollution, which warns the society of crisis that the potential pitfall of ecological environment would become reality. The problems of ecological environment not only affect the rural economic and social development, but also hindered the steps of the new rural reconstruction, and it also became a serious threat to the rural sustainable development. Therefore, the governance of the rural ecological environment become urgent needs in order to seek harmonious urban-rural development, achieve the rural social and economic sustainable development as well as propel socialism new rural reconstruction.This paper expounded the purpose, significance, theoretical foundation and research methods of the rural ecological environment management, and introduced the research status of rural ecological environment governance of China and other countries. The paper also expounded concepts of the ecological environment, the governance of ecological environment and ecological environment of third party governance. The paper integrated literature study, inductive analysis, questionnaire investigation and system analysis, make a deep investigation into rural ecological environment governance, analyzed the summarized the present status of the rural environment management, it is concluded that the main problems existing in rural environment governance for the pollution of the livestock and poultry, industrial pollution, farmers’ light environmental protection consciousness, the morbidity of management mechanism and so on. Thus, Based on the investigation and problem analysis as well as successful cases of domestic and international rural environment governance, the paper proposes to speed up the transformation of economic development patterns, scientific planning and management of the environment of the village, strengthen the governance of the environmental pollution, establish and improve the rural environment management from the perspective of Public Management Administration, in order to advance greatly in the rural ecological environment governance.
