Aluminum foams have lightweight and high specific strength advantages because they have a large number holes inside.So aluminum foams are praised as the one of the twenty most potential of new materials.This paper analyzes the aluminum foams on the basis of research status at home and abroad.In order to further improve the properties of aluminum foams,select increase the specific surface area of aluminum foam as the key point.The nanotubes of rare-earth oxide nanotubes were fabricated by using Filtering Subatmospheric in AAO template nanopores.Researched AAO template and nanotubes by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and selected area electron diffraction(SEAD)and other means of testing.The main research works and achievements were as follows:1.System discussed the prerparation process and influence factors of porous anodic aluminum oxide template.Successfully prepared extensive and boundary dimensions uniformity of the nano-arrays structural of porous anodic aluminum template;2.La(NO3)3、Ni(NO3)2 and NaOH solution were reacted in a nanopore of the AAO template by using Filtering Subatmospheric.The LaxNiyOz nano-arrays were obtained in the AAO template.It’s boundary dimensions uniformity of LaxNiy Oz nano-arrays,and it is amorphous structure;3.Changed the anodic oxidation time and temperature anodizing and other parts of the process parameters.The morphologies of the alumina templates were characterized by SEM.Successfully prepared extensive and boundary dimensions uniformity of the nano-arrays structural of porous anodic aluminum template;4.The nanotubes were fabricated on porous anodic aluminum oxide membrane prepared on the aluminum foams by negative pressure filtration.Took example by the experience of building nanotubes on AAO templates on aluminum foil,the rare-earth oxide nanotubes were successfully prepared by changing the vacuum degree of negative pressure filtration.
