ZG1Cr10MoNiVNbN is a low carbon high alloy steel which main elements are C?Cr?Mo?Ni?V?Nb?the highest content element is Cr,about 10%,the content of Nb is about 0.10%,at least.This kind of steel this is not widely used in our country,the influence of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of this kind of steel is few.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the effect of three kinds of alloy elements Cr,Nb,C on the microstructure and properties of this steel,the contrast experimental method is adopted to get the optimized,at the same time,use different heat treatment plan to conclude which is the optimal heat treatment parameters.By names of metallographic observation,SEM scanning analysis,energy spectrum analysis,room temperature tensile test,impact test,electrochemical test,corrosion test method,the effects of Cr,Nb,C three elements and heat treatment on microstructure and properties of this steel are study,The test results show that when the Cr content is 11%,the microstructure of the steel is finer and uniform microstructure can be refined very good,and in terms of mechanical properties,yield and tensile strength of the steel is 870.7 MPa,954.8 MPa,the elongation and impact energy are 13.8%and 28.6 J respectively,in corrosion resistance,wittenborn current density and the corrosion potential are 0.35(10g<i>/?A),-0.06 V,surface corrosion rate of surface corrosion weight loss measured by viost =8640 g/m~2h;When the Nb content is 0.15%,the comprehensive performance of steel is the best,the yield strength is 864.1 MPa,tensile strength 985.7 MPa,elongation and impact energy is 13.8%,26.9 J,current density and corrosion potential are 0.61(log<i>/?A),-0.144 V,vlost =8200 g/m~2h;When the C content is 0.12%,the comprehensive performance of steel is the best,the yield strength is 833 MPa,tensile strength 951.7 MPa,elongation and iMPact energy is 13.8%,18 J,current density and corrosion potential are-0.17(log<i>/?A),-0.116 V,and the viost =7516.7 g/m~2h;With the heat treatment,when the tempering temperature is 680?,The yield and tensile strength of steel are 910.8 MPa?972.3 MPa,the elongation and impact energy are 15.6%and 19.6 J respectively,wittenborn current density and corrosion potential are-0.52(log<i>/?A),-0.117 V,vlost =8586.7 g/m~2h;when the quenching temperature is 1150?,the yield and tensile strength of the steel is 933.7MPa?979.7 MPa,the elongation and impact energy are 16%and 19.2 J,respectively,wittenborn current density is-0.17(log<i>/pA),and corrosion potential is-0· 102 V,viost =8670 g/m~2h,has the best performance comprehensive consideration;By studying the effects of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of steels we can come to the conclusion that when the heat treatment process for quenching temperature and tempering temperature are 1150? and 680?,Cr content of 11%,Nb content of 0.15%,C content of 0.12%,the steel shows the best properties.
