| In order to cope with the current improved emission standards,requirements of the water resuse rate,CODcr,salt in the discharge water of the printing and dyeing enterprises accumulated,the pollutants is more and more difficult to biodegrade in the situation.This paper designed to use the enhanced two-stage A/O biological fluidized beds(BFFB)+ advanced oxidation combined process to treat the wastewater.By optimizing process parameters,studying the filler biofilm as well as comparing the treatment effect,make the emission to reach the "Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant" level I B standard.And provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of dyeing industrial park wastewater treatment.Using the hydrolyzed sludge,hydrolysis sludge strengthen by compound hydrolytic bacteria and hydrolysis sludge strengthen by digested sludge to treat the influent of Shaoxing sewage treatment plant,we found that the composite sludge hydrolysis hydrolytic bacteria strengthen the effect of hydrolysis and acidification of water less affected,and digestion significantly enhanced the effect of hydrolysis of sludge sludge,which can effectively improve the water B/C.Two A/O biological treatment process due to 01 pool nutritious,filling most dense biofilm growth,biofilm highest rate reached 322%.A2 low dissolved oxygen tank,biofilm growth is slow,hanging 40 days after the film rate of only 76.3%.02 cell nutrition and low,can not maintain the basic needs for microbial growth,and due to the high DO,its microbial oxidation,such biofilm growth poor rate of only 38.6%of the biofilm.Anaerobic hydrolysis tank(Al)in the slow growth of anaerobic microorganisms,biofilm filler lowest rate.Using the two levels of A/O process enhanced by biological fluidized bed,the CODcr of inflow is about 675mg/L,higher than the index of wastewater before modification.A month later,CODcr of effluent drops to about 155 mg/L,and maintains stable,fluctuating slightly according to the water change.The CODcr of effluent significantly is less than 187 mg/L and the removal rate of CODcr increased from 71.6%to 77.1%.It is obvious that biochemical effect of system can be effectively improved after biological filler reinforce processingWhen the system is stable,the CODcr of influent is 534~880 mg/L,with variation coefficient of 0.153,and the CODcr of effluent is 137~174 mg/L,with variation coefficient of 0.071.The sensitivity ratio was 0.468.It shows that the stability of biological fluidized bed two levels of A/O process system is good,and the esistance capacity of CODcr load impact r is strong.When the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 600mg/L,the concentration of FeSO4·7H2O dosing was 120mg/L,reaction pH was adjusted to 4~5,PAM dosing concentration of 2mg/L when the water CODcr less than 60mg/L,BOD5 increased to about 15mg/L,chroma less than 20 times,you can achieve "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" B emission standards for one.Pharmacy cost per ton of water is 1.22 yuan.To reduce processing costs,you can increase the dosage appropriate concentration FeSO4 · 7H2O,reducing the amount of hydrogen peroxide.After ozonation effluent CODcr,chroma can be decreased to 60mg/L and 30 times less ozone-depleting cost of 10.35 yuan/ton of water. |
